Return Policy

At Meridian Line, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Cannot be combined with a discount code.  

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. Instructions for Sending Your Return Back

  1. Fill out the form at the top of this page with your e-mail address and order number. 
  2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return.
  3. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
  4. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!
  5. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  6. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
